Nine6teen is a Pomfret-based band featuring music that ranges from bluegrass to Badfinger and Van Morrison to James Taylor, plus original works. Founded around the talents of Donna Bessette (keyboards & vocals), Andre Bessette (drums & vocals), and then Fr. David Carter (guitar, woodwinds, & vocals), Nine6teen has grown to include several members of the Christ Church Pomfret, CT community. The band blends solid musicianship with tight vocal harmonies.
