Food Drive | Book Launch | Open Mic – Emcee: Christine Kalafus
Join award winning author Christine Kalafus celebrates her latest book, OVUM. Christine holds a B.A. in interior design from the University of New Haven and an M.F.A. in creative writing from Goddard College. A cross-discipline in aesthetics, her writing explores the complexities of home. Her latest book has been called “Darkly funny, unforgettable – OVUM is nothing short of an awakening.” This show will also be a benefit raise Funds and Food for TEEG, our local food bank and public assistance agency. The evening will conclude with an Open Mic, so bring some food and funds to donate and a poem to share.
